Mission
Statement
Our mission,
as a progressive Pentecostal church, is to create an
atmosphere of worship through the Word of God and the
Spirit of God that will turn individual hearts in our
community towards Christ.
Ten Core Values
Our core
values are the continuous, passionate, scriptural core
beliefs that drive our ministry. It is the “personality”
that God has given us to carry out His mandate as a church.
1) The
Word of God
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for
instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be
complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
II Timothy
3:16-17
2)
Worship
But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true
worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for
the Father is seeking such to worship Him.
John
4:23
3)
Prayer
Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the
Spirit.
Ephesians
6:18
4)
Faith
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the
evidence of things not seen.
Hebrews
11:1
5)
Love
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the
greatest of these is love.
I
Corinthians 13:13
6)
Obedience
For as many are led by the Spirit of God, these are the
sons of God.
Romans
8:14
7)
Honor
Honor the Lord with your possessions, and with the
firstfruits of all your increase.
Proverbs
3:9
8)
Family
Not forsaking
the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of
some, but exhorting one another, and so much more as you
see the Day approaching.
Hebrews
10:25
9)
Influence
And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the
gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized
will be saved; but he who does not believe will be
condemned. And these signs will follow those who believe:
in My name they will cast out demons, they will speak with
new tongues, they will take up serpents, and if they drink
anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will
lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
Mark
16:15-18
10)
Experience
Now when the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all
with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a
sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it
filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there
appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat
upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy
Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit
gave them utterance.
Acts 2:1-4
